GCS low-voltage draw out switchgear is applicable to power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V (690V) and rated current of 4000A and below for power distribution, motor centralized control and capacitance compensation. The basic structure of the cabinet body is assembled by KS profiles (C profiles used by our company). The standard modulus is E=20mm (E=25mm in the design of 9 samples). The cabinet body is electrostatic coated after pickling and phosphating. Galvanizing and passivation treatment for internal partition and drawer. Each functional room is isolated from each other, and its isolation room is divided into functional unit room, bus bar room and electric room. The functions of each room are opposite. The vertical channel and the primary and secondary connectors are changed to the form of GCK cabinet. The horizontal bus can be placed on the top of the cabinet, the top cover can be opened, and the rear outlet or side outlet can be used. While maintaining the original working performance and appearance, it realizes safety and reliability, convenient installation, detection and maintenance, and reduces production costs. Cabinet protection grade is IP3X-4X.
